1. The service

CintaAI is an AI chat service with academic tools (document formatting, citation generator, abstract translation, proofreading, similarity check, and an AI-writing indicator), available at cintaa.ai.id. The service is currently provided free of charge. Features and AI models may change over time as providers and capacity change.

2. Your account

You need an account to use CintaAI. Give accurate information when you sign up, keep your password and verification codes to yourself, and do not share your account with others. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Sign-ups, sign-ins, and password resets are confirmed with a 6-digit code sent to your email — that code is yours only, never share it.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use CintaAI for anything unlawful, harmful, or deceptive.
• Do not attack, overload, scrape, or try to break the service, and do not create accounts in bulk or by automation.
• Do not upload files or documents that you have no right to use.
• Academic tools are study aids. Whether work you submit follows your school's or university's rules is your responsibility — a similarity score or AI indicator from CintaAI is an estimate, never an official verdict.

4. AI output

Answers are generated by third-party AI models and can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Always verify anything important — grades, citations, facts, figures — against the original source. CintaAI is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise).

5. Daily usage limits

To keep the service fast and available for everyone, each account has a daily chat quota. Your current usage is shown as a percentage bar inside the app, and the quota resets every day at midnight (WIB). We may adjust the quota as capacity changes.

6. Your content

Your conversations, messages, and uploaded files remain yours. By using the service you allow us to process them as needed to run it — for example, sending your message to an AI provider so it can answer, or processing a document with the tool you picked. How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep CintaAI online and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may change, pause, or retire features, and we may suspend accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CintaAI is not liable for losses that come from relying on AI-generated output or from temporary unavailability of the service. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable law.

9. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use CintaAI after a change means you accept the updated terms.
